1. Scope of Services
On The Spot provides professional window washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services. By scheduling a service with us, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Agreement
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the areas that require service. Any obstacles, fragile items, or hazards should be removed or communicated prior to the appointment.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address and resolve the issue.

4. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to prevent damage, On The Spot is not liable for any damage to property, landscaping, fixtures, windows, siding, paint, or other surfaces that may occur during or as a result of our services. This includes but is not limited to pre-existing damage, aged or brittle surfaces, or surfaces not designed to withstand power washing or cleaning.

5. Weather and Safety Conditions
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel service due to hazardous weather conditions or any other situation that may pose a safety risk to our team or your property.

6. Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Use of Photos for Marketing
We may take before-and-after photos of the work we perform. These may be used for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media). If you prefer not to have your property photographed, please let us know in advance.

8. Changes to Terms
On The Spot reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
